Dear Lee:
I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding job that you did on the restoration of the Minary (Steinway Grand) piano. The quality and workmanship is superior and this can only happen when you have a very dedicated staff. I have been at Minary for fifteen years and I have never had a project go so smooth.
I have enclosed (copies of) the pictures you guys took of the piano while you were restoring it. It is a good thing you are such skilled craftsmen, because you would not survive as photographers(!).
..Thanks again for all that you did, it is nice to know that there are still people that take great pride in their work.
